These silicone baking mats are a big help. I made chocolate chip cookies and it's really so much easier to use than just a baking sheet. My cookies cooked more evenly then previous cookies I'd made without a baking mat and clean up was easier! I would highly recommend these mats for those avid cookie bakers or for those who like to bake other foods in the oven. The clean up is great!
